Job summary
redfish solutions ltd in Dubai seeks a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and contractual management of major MEP projects from award to final account. You will own commercial strategy, drive negotiations, forecast accurately, manage change, and supervise a commercial team while collaborating closely with the project team.
Requirements include a degree in QS or related engineering, 10+ years in QS/commercial roles, 7+ years in UAE, strong FIDIC knowledge and tools like CostX,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related engineering.
- 10+ years in quantity surveying or commercial roles in building services or MEP contracting, with 7+ years in UAE/GCC.
- Experience managing major projects: valuations, cost reporting, variations, subcontract administration, claims support, final accounts.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, remeasurement and lump-sum mechanisms, notices, payments, and UAE practice.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial management of major MEP projects from award to final account.
- Own commercial strategy and lead negotiations with stakeholders.
- Forecast accurately, manage change recovery, and oversee contract administration while developing the commercial team.
