Job summary

Big Fish Consult is seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial management of major projects in the UAE. The role requires a strong background in MEP/electromechanical contracting and a track record of managing end-to-end commercial processes from tender to final accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in MEP/electromechanical contracting with commercial management expertise.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-value projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, contracts, variations, claims, valuations, procurement, and final accounts.
• Experience leading commercial teams across multiple projects.
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of large-scale MEP projects from tender to final account.
• Manage contracts, variations, claims, valuations, and negotiations.
• Monitor costs, budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier agreements and procurement-related matters.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Mentor commercial/QS teams across projects.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC and company procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams, clients, consultants, and main contractors to achieve commercial objectives.
