Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in MEP design and project management within the building services sector.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in HVAC system design, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC systems, ensuring optimal thermal comfort and air quality for building occupants.
• Specify and select appropriate mechanical equipment, including pumps, fans, chillers, and boilers, for efficient building operation.
• Conduct detailed engineering calculations for load estimations, pipe sizing, and ductwork design, adhering to industry standards.
• Produce clear and accurate mechanical drawings and specifications for tender and construction purposes.
