Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Project Engineer to lead MEP design and on-site execution for hotel and hospitality projects. You will review drawings, supervise HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection installations, and ensure compliance with specifications.

Work with consultants, architects, subcontractors and site teams to maintain progress, quality, safety and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years in MEP design and site execution for hotel/hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical power/lighting, plumbing, and building services.
• Experience in hotel MEP coordination, installation, testing, commissioning.
• Dubai/UAE hotel project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP design and site execution.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and submissions, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Supervise the installation and execution of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works.
• Support MEP testing, commissioning, and resolution of technical issues.
