Job summary

eigermarvelhr seeks a Mechanical Design Engineer with HVAC, plumbing and firefighting expertise for UAE building and MEP consultancy projects. You will design systems for residential, commercial and hospitality sectors, and prepare drawings, calculations and submissions.

Ideal candidates have 4–10 years in MEP consultancy, UAE/GCC experience preferred, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP for coordination with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 4–10 years of experience in MEP/building services consultancy.
• UAE/GCC consultancy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems for varied properties.
• Prepare design drawings, calculations, specs, and authority submissions.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural and electrical teams.
• Ensure designs meet UAE authorities, Civil Defence, ASHRAE, NFPA.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and contractor proposals.
• Develop designs using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
