Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years in MEP design, installation and project execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and other MEP software.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system designs.
• Familiarity with UAE MEP codes and standards.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems per specs.
• Prepare MEP shop drawings, load calculations, and submittals.
• Perform thermal, fluid flow, and ventilation calculations.
• Review and approve MEP designs, specs, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers for project integration.
• Work with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control for MEP installations.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure energy-efficient and sustainable MEP systems.
