Job summary

J10 Consulting FZ LLE is seeking an experienced MEP Foreman for high-profile Dubai projects on an initial six-month contract with potential conversion to staff. The role requires leading daily site operations, coordinating with engineers and trades, and enforcing safety and quality standards on complex MEP installations.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least five years of building construction experience, including two in the UAE,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least five years in building construction, with two in UAE, in a foreman/supervisor role.
• Able to read drawings, understand productivity requirements, supervise MEP workers.
• Overseas MEP experience preferred.
• Familiar with installation works for different systems.
• Knowledge of applicable quality and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, labor, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specs and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager and other trades.
• Manage resource allocation, labor, equipment and materials.
• Monitor progress and report daily work updates.
• Ensure site safety compliance and implement corrective actions.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Review and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
• Assist in quality control and inspections with QA/QC team.
