Job summary

Confidential seeks an experienced Electrical Foreman to supervise electrical installation activities at Dubai construction sites. You will lead electricians and subcontractors, coordinate with engineers and MEP teams, and ensure work complies with drawings and specifications.

You will manage manpower, materials, tools, and daily progress, maintain safety and housekeeping, and provide daily updates to the Electrical Engineer. UAE/GCC experience is preferred and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of electrical experience.
• Strong MEP and building construction background.
• Experience supervising electricians and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical installation activities at construction site.
• Lead electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, specs.
• Ensure works meet drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers and MEP teams.
• Allocate tasks and monitor progress.
• Ensure manpower, materials, tools, and equipment are available.
• Monitor productivity and meet targets and schedules.
• Identify site issues and coordinate solutions.
• Inspect completed works for quality and safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and provide daily progress updates.
