Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to plan, coordinate, supervise, and inspect MEP works on building projects. You will ensure installations meet drawings, specs, quality standards, and local regulations to support timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, 5–8 years of MEP experience on residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality developments, and UAE/GCC familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• 5–8 years of MEP experience on building construction projects.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred; driving license an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect on-site MEP works to ensure quality.
• Review MEP shop drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and regulations.
• Monitor progress to meet the project schedule.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and IRs.
• Prepare progress reports and as-built drawings.
• QA/QC and adherence to HSE policies.
