Senior MEP QA/QC Engineer — Mechanical Systems

Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Dubai seeks a senior QA/QCEngineer to implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for MEP works including HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Fire Fighting.

You will conduct inspections, review method statements and ITPs, and ensure compliance with Dubai authority standards. Ideal candidates have 8–10 years UAE experience in villa and high-rise projects, strong documentation and coordination skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in MEP contracting (UAE preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with DCD, DM, DEWA & other authority regulations.
• Experience in villa & high-rise building projects is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures for mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting).
• Conduct inspections for incoming materials and site installations, testing and commissioning activities.
• Prepare and review method statements, ITPs, checklists, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients and subcontractors on quality and inspection matters.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority standards (DCD/DM/DEWA).
• Monitor site work to ensure adherence to approved drawings and standards; conduct NCR investigations and support corrective actions.
• Prepare final handover QA QC documentation and testing reports.
