Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP project management, preferably in commercial or large-scale projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience with building codes, standards, and regulations specific to MEP systems in the region of work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination between mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines to ensure seamless integration into the project.
• Manage project schedules ensuring timely delivery of all MEP systems while adhering to budget constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with safety standards and quality benchmarks.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
