Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) in the UAE seeks an experienced MEP Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of all MEP works on large building projects. You will ensure systems meet design specs, safety, schedule, and budget.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams; review shop drawings; lead BIM coordination; manage commissioning and handover; and drive value engineering while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• 15 years of experience in MEP engineering and building construction.
• 7+ years in an MEP Manager or senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP activities from design review through installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and implement MEP execution strategies aligned with objectives and timelines.
• Monitor progress to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Site Teams to ensure delivery.
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings and coordination submittals.
• Coordinate with Civil/Structural/Architectural teams to resolve clashes and interface issues.
• Ensure MEP designs comply with regulations and standards; lead BIM coordination meetings.
