Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer to develop detailed MEP systems, ensure code compliance, and integrate designs with BIM workflows. You will lead CAD/BIM efforts and coordinate with project teams to deliver compliant drawings and documents.

Responsibilities include performing load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, plus producing schematics, specifications, and BOQ for tender and construction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
Professional certifications such as PE or LEED AP are a plus.
5+ years of progressive experience in MEP design within building services or construction.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP) and BIM platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed MEP system designs and drawings with CAD software ensuring code compliance.
Perform load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers and project stakeholders to integrate MEP into the building design.
Produce MEP design documentation including schematics, specifications and BOQ for tender and construction.
