Job summary

TOP ROCK INTERIORS LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on our fit-out projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, sub-contractors and mall management to ensure smooth project execution.

You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to the program, managing site activities from set-out to handover and communicating daily progress to the project management team.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in MEP engineering.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP works on site and ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate with internal teams, sub‑contractors and mall management.
• Collect shop drawings, BOQ, permits and MR for site setup and handovers.
• Set-out on site per approved drawings and report changes to PM.
• Monitor labor allocation and ensure adherence to program and schedule.
• Maintain delivery notes and site measurements and daily reporting.
