Job summary

Collaborate with engineers and contractors to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback into design revisions, and develop ductwork and piping schematics with precise dimensions for installation across interior fit-out projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Drafting, or related field.
• 3+ years HVAC drafting experience with project portfolio.
• CAD software certification (AutoCAD or Revit).
• Knowledge of HVAC design software (HAP, TRACE).

Responsibilities

• Create detailed HVAC system layouts using CAD software ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
• Perform load calculations and equipment selection to optimize system efficiency and performance.
