Job summary

Omega Insurance Brokers LLC seeks a dedicated Client Services Specialist to act as the single point of contact for medical insurance queries, coordinating with insurance companies and TPAs.

You will maintain daily approvals and claims records, escalate unresolved cases to the manager, manage reimbursement claims for key clients, share KPI updates monthly, and participate in periodic review meetings with clients to discuss service levels, claims experience, and grievances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC , attending the Client’s query regarding
• any Medical Insurance concerns and coordinating with insurance companies
• and TPA’s via official channels for resolving the concerns
• Keeping record of daily approvals and claims issue which was
• escalated to insurer and follow-up with the respective team on regular
• interval until the issue resolves
• Handling Reimbursement Claims of the Key Client
• Escalate the unresolved /special consideration cases to
• Manager within stipulated time
• Maintaining KPI records and share to Manager every month end.
• Periodic Review meeting
• with the client on the service level, claims experience and any grievances
