Job summary

Omega Insurance Brokers LLC in Dubai is seeking an administrative professional to manage client and sales team communications, coordinating approvals and claims with insurers and TPAs by email and phone.

You will escalate unresolved cases to the Deputy Manager within the required timeframe, maintain daily approvals and claims records, and report KPI figures to the Manager at month-end. RI Claims may be handled in the absence of the Claims Officer.

Responsibilities

• Attending emails and calls (both extension & mobile phone) from the clients and sales team regarding approvals and claims and coordinating with insurance companies and TPA’s through emails and telephone for resolving the concerns.
• Escalate the unresolved /special consideration cases to Deputy Manager within stipulated time.
• Keeping record of daily approvals and claims issue which was escalated to insurer and follow-up with the respective team on regular interval until the issue resolves.
• Handling RI Claims in absence of Claims Officer.
• Maintaining KPI records and share to Manager every month end.
