Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years overall experience in mechanical-related projects.
• At least 5 years of construction supervision experience in UAE.
• Experience with buildings, high-rise, or villa projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with contract documents through observation and testing.
• Maintaining records of manpower and equipment resources.
• Documenting Contractor's activities and reporting on materials delivery.
