Job summary

Overview

AtkinsR alis is looking for a Mechanical Inspector Site Operation in UAE.

Your role

Ensuring the Contractor's compliance with the contract documents' standards and specifications through observation, measurements, and testing while tracking quality assurance progress. Maintaining daily records of the Contractor's manpower and equipment resources. Undertaking all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer (RE) or the Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE). Documenting the Contractor's personnel and equipment activities, location, reason, and methods utilized. Additionally, reporting on materials delivery and following any site instructions made by the leader. Applying and implementing all quality controls and procedures of the site. Preparing site measurements and surveying checks as needed by the leader. Monitoring conformance to quality performance and code requirements through inspection duties. Monitoring health and safety of the construction works and reporting violations.

Qualifications

Experience in mechanical-related projects. Candidates must have experience in construction supervision with a consultancy, with a minimum of 7 years overall experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE. Buildings/high-rise/villa project experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required.
