Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in relevant field.
• Mixed-use/commercial project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Mechanical installations and T&C for Shell & Core/Fit outs.
• Coordinate with Contractors Discipline Engineers and inspectors.
• Assist PM/RE in compilation of documents for the issuance of the Taking-Over Certificate.
