Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. is seeking a Construction Section Head - Mechanical to lead all mechanical construction activities within our Oil, Gas and Chemicals division.

The role requires coordinating with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning and Procurement to ensure project milestones are achieved, while maintaining safety and quality standards on complex EPC sites. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years in Oil & Gas or EPC construction, with at least 5 years in a senior supervisory role and proven

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Proven project management experience in large-scale EPC/oil & gas facilities.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical construction activities and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Mechanical construction activities per specs and schedule.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Procurement to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure manpower, materials, equipment availability and timely resource allocation.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, work procedures and execution plans prior to construction activities.
• Monitor progress against the approved schedule and implement corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure quality, productivity, safety and schedule targets.
• Participate in construction meetings and provide technical solutions to site challenges with Engineering.
• Ensure effective implementation of the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system and safety compliance in live plant environments.
• Prepare and review manpower plans, resource allocation, productivity reports, and construction progress updates.
