Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join our Oil, Gas and Chemicals division. You will supervise civil site works, interpret drawings, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety, quality and schedule alignment.

This role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of site experience in oil & gas or EPC projects, with strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities. English proficiency is essential for global project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil site execution.
• Experience supervising Civil site execution in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and client representatives.
• Strong understanding of project specifications, HSE, and PTW systems.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil site works per drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities for safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and PTW requirements, and participate in safety inspections.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports for project management.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site execution.
• Identify and resolve site technical issues with Engineering and QA/QC.
• Support inspections, approvals, and project handover activities.
