Job summary

Archirodon is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead procurement execution for large EPC projects in the Middle East. The role requires coordinating with Project Management, Engineering and Construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, services and subcontracts.

The candidate should have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, about 10 years in procurement for EPCs, and a track record in oil & gas. Travel between home base and project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of experience in procurement for EPC projects.
• Experience in Middle East projects and large Oil & Gas is preferred.
• Willingness to travel between home base and site.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish Procurement Execution Plan and Logistics Plan with Project Manager.
• Organize procurement activities for materials, services, Subcontracts.
• Manage Project Procurement Plan and Tracking Schedule.
• Develop Vendor List based on client requirements and conduct vendor assessments.
• Negotiate terms, lead contracts, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coordinate Expediting to meet project timelines and delivery requirements.
• Lead logistics and interface with Engineering, Project Control, Construction, and Quality teams.
• Provide procurement reports to PM and client and identify risks.
