Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. invites a seasoned Construction Section Head (E&I) to lead its electrical/instrumentation team for a major Oil & Gas project in the UAE.

You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with multiple project sections on site. You bring a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, 5+ years in senior roles, and hands-on expertise in cables, CCTV, F&G, detectors, ICSS/ESD, and testing/commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in a Section Head or Senior Engineer role in Oil & Gas projects.
• Middle East experience preferred.
• Strong command of English (oral and written).
• Ability to write method statements and create JSA/ FRA in coordination with HSE.
• Experience with installation of Cable, CCTV, Fire Fighting, Fire & Gas Detection, detectors, ICSS and ESD systems.
• Experience with Testing and Commissioning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and educate crew on HSE rules and ensure full compliance.
• Ensure day-to-day operations follow the construction plan and schedule.
• Coordinate with other project sections to achieve targets.
• Ensure resources are available on time.
• Identify problems and resolve them promptly.
• Provide technical documentation to the team.
• Request necessary resources, materials, tools in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed progress records.
• Interface with Client’s site representative.
• Ensure work meets required quality standards.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
