Job summary

MetLife in the Gulf region is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives across Gulf markets. This role focuses on building brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting business growth in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The position requires collaboration with sales, distribution, and compliance, and involves working with agencies to deliver multi-channel campaigns and broker-focused activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Master's preferred.
• 3–6 years of marketing experience in insurance/financial services.
• Strong English communication; Arabic a plus.
• Experience managing agencies and multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across Gulf markets (digital, print, events, partner and broker-facing activations).
• Assist in managing relationships with advertising and creative agencies, including briefing and campaign delivery.
• Conduct and interpret market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Coordinate events and sponsorship activations (broker events, industry conferences) to strengthen market presence.
• Develop editorial and content assets (articles, social media, brochures) communicating MetLife's value proposition.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, distribution, and compliance to align marketing with business objectives.
• Track and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
