Job summary

MetLife in Dubai is seeking an EB Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients, focusing on group medical and group life products. This role requires strong relationship ownership with corporate clients and brokers, ensuring service excellence and sustainable profitable growth in line with MetLife’s EB strategy in the Gulf.

You will manage client reviews, renewal strategies, and portfolio performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate data,

Qualifications

5–8 years of Employee Benefits experience in UAE preferred.
Proven client relationship management, renewals, and portfolio servicing.
Exposure to working with corporate clients and multinational accounts.
University degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and brokers in UAE.
Lead renewals, pricing, and portfolio performance discussions.
Coordinate with Operations, Underwriting, Claims, Network, and Finance to resolve issues.
Monitor KPIs, service levels, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with regional EB teams for multinational accounts.
