We are seeking a Senior Marketing professional to drive our brand presence, and project launches across the UAE. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a sharp creative eye, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to guide high-performing teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction & Visual Strategy: Set and safeguard the visual identity for all developments across billboards, digital, social, and print. Ensure world-class, luxury-aligned creative output at every touchpoint.
• Technical Oversight: Oversee all technical design workflows, AI, CGI, and rendering production—ensuring quality, speed, and innovation across all visual assets.
• Team Leadership: Lead an in-house marketing and creative team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Marketing Strategy & Launches: Oversee end-to-end marketing strategy execution for project launches, from positioning and messaging to multi-channel campaign rollouts.
• Social & Lead Management: Drive social media strategy with a strong focus on LinkedIn lead management, leveraging digital platforms to generate and convert high-quality sales leads.
• Manage the performance marketing function, monitoring budgets and optimizing paid campaigns.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Direct and manage external agencies, CGI studios, and production houses to ensure on-brand, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all campaign materials.

Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior marketing or creative leadership roles.
• Dubai Market: Dubai real estate experience is strongly preferred; familiarity with local market dynamics, real estate advertising, campaign management, and regulatory frameworks is a significant advantage.
• Luxury Branding: Proven track record in positioning and marketing premium/luxury developments.
• Integrated Campaigns: Extensive experience across branding, billboards, digital, social, and print channels.
