Job summary

Commercial Bank of Dubai seeks ambitious professionals to lead the professional management and maintenance of manufacturing client relations within the UAE and wider GCC, building the manufacturing book and coordinating with team heads.

You will identify and acquire new manufacturing clients, structure credit solutions, visit sites for monitoring, and drive cross-sell of corporate banking products to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics or Finance or Business Management.
• 9-10 years of experience in corporate banking with minimum 3-5 years of exposure to the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Buildup, manage and maintain portfolio of manufacturing related clients in UAE and wider GCC region.
• Identify, solicit and acquire new manufacturing clients in line with approved corporate strategies for Liabilities, Trade and Financial products.
• Seek credit-mitigating solutions to mitigate risk or improve RoE on client/transaction basis and structure transactions.
• Make regular visits to clients and manufacturing units financed by CBD for monitoring and business generation purposes.
• Conduct account planning with Client Service Team Members and cross-sell other products and services to manufacturing clients.
• Establish effective internal and external communication to ensure turnaround time and high client satisfaction.
• Ensure timely credit administrations through annual reviews and monitoring of financial covenants.
• Mentor Relationship Officers/Assistant Relationship Managers and guide their development.
