Job summary

Miter is seeking a Senior Delivery Leader to guide a team of 6–8 Strategic Launch Managers delivering complex, high-ACV implementations for strategic accounts. You will collaborate across teams to drive successful go-lives and scalable delivery.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to scale the implementation model for upmarket growth, own escalation resolution, and build repeatable, data-driven processes that surface risk and ensure reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing implementation or delivery teams at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with complex, enterprise-level engagements.
• Experience leading 3rd-party API integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exceptional data analysis skills to track metrics.
