Job summary

WhiteCrow is seeking a Senior Manager - Project Delivery in Dubai to lead BTS projects, ensuring alignment with approved plans, budgets, quality standards, and governance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, PMP or equivalent certification, and 10–12 years of construction and project delivery experience, with UAE regulatory knowledge and hands-on coordination across Development, Design, Procurement, and Contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10–12 years of relevant construction and project delivery experience.
• UAE building codes and regulations knowledge required.
• Experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary real estate projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute BTS projects per approved plan, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate requisitions and initiation with stakeholders across functions.
• Monitor day-to-day progress, critical path, procurement, and site productivity.
• Review contractor/consultant execution and mitigate delays or underperformance.
• Track budgets, cash flow, variations, and forecasts; report cost exposure.
