Job summary

WhiteCrow is seeking a Manager - Infrastructure Planning in Dubai to lead schedules, budgets, and resource allocation across buildings, infrastructure, and landscaping projects.

You will develop and maintain the integrated master schedule, monitor KPIs and cash flows, review contractor programs, and present executive dashboards to Directors and ExCom.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; PMP preferred; 8–10 years in planning, with 2–4 years in construction/Real Estate projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience with at least 2–4 years in planning, preferably in construction and Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, including the sequence of activities, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage planning and controls for assigned projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Establish, monitor, and control the integrated master schedule; review contractor work programs and progress.
• Prepare weekly/monthly executive management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Lead planning teams for PMCs, consultants, and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across buildings, infrastructure, and landscaping.
• Analyze project performance data and provide corrective recommendations to senior leadership.
• Review contractor and consultant programs and EOT claims and ensure timely reporting to authorities.
