Job summary

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager – Implementation to lead delivery of international data center projects across multiple geographies. You will oversee construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while coordinating internal teams, contractors, and authorities.

The role requires a proven track record in data center infrastructure, strong leadership, and ability to travel as needed to drive timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in data center implementation and project delivery.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and mission‑critical systems.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex data center projects.
• Expertise in design review, construction, commissioning, and Uptime Tier standards.
• Strong stakeholder, contractor, communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.
• Strong commercial, planning, compliance, and operational skills with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of international data center projects.
• Develop and execute project delivery plans across multiple regions.

• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants effectively.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, resources, and overall financial performance.
