Job summary

Khazna Data Centers seeks a Manager Testing & Commissioning to lead planning, coordination, and execution oversight for testing, commissioning, and handover across data center and critical infrastructure projects.

You will ensure safe, compliant delivery aligned with standards and schedules, supporting operational readiness and project handover to operations and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Professional qualification or chartered status preferred.
• 8 years of relevant professional experience in testing & commissioning of data centers or complex engineering projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Experience with commissioning management platforms is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of testing, commissioning, and handover plans.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities across contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure commissioning strategies align with project milestones and handover requirements.
• Integrate testing and commissioning requirements into project planning and design reviews.
• Review and manage testing documentation (ITP, SAT, IST, method statements).
• Ensure compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Provide technical input to design and delivery teams to ensure operability and readiness.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues arising during testing and commissioning.

We are seeking Manager Testing & Commissioning responsible for supporting in leading the planning, coordination, and execution oversight of testing, commissioning, and handover activities for data center and critical infrastructure projects.

The role ensures that testing and commissioning activities are delivered safely, in line with approved standards, contractual requirements, project schedules, and customer expectations, while supporting successful system acceptance, operational readiness, and handover to operations and customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support the development and implementation of project testing, commissioning, and handover plans aligned with project delivery requirements and approved standards.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities across contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and efficient execution.
• Ensure commissioning strategies, sequences, and readiness plans are aligned with construction progress, project milestones, and operational handover requirements.
• Support the integration of testing and commissioning requirements into project planning, design reviews, and delivery execution.
• Review and manage testing and commissioning documentation, including method statements, test scripts, ITPs, SAT, IST, and system acceptance procedures.
• Ensure all testing and commissioning activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, international standards, and company procedures.
• Provide technical input to design and delivery teams to ensure systems are commissionable, operable, and aligned with customer and operational requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and support resolution of technical issues arising during testing and commissioning

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualification or chartered status
• 8 years of relevant professional experience including the testing & commissioning of data centers or other complex engineering projects across the entire project life cycle.
• Primavera BIM 360, AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, commissioning management platforms
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Strategic leadership and decision-making under pressure
• Cross-functional stakeholder engagement and influence
• Financial and commercial acumen with TCO awareness
