Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering programming and reporting within large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.

We are seeking a Project controls manager responsible for leading the development and implementation of project planning, reporting and governance strategy for the planning and development of a large-scale, state-of-the-art data center campus, with accountability to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

The role will ensure the consistent implementation of processes, procedures, and systems for effective project controls management control across all projects within programme.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Establish and lead the implementation of robust project planning, reporting and governance strategy aligned with company objectives and international standards.
• Establish governance, policies, and performance standards across all projects within the programme.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of programme and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Champion a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, workforce empowerment, and behavioural safety initiatives.
• The development and implementation of programme-wide policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls for project controls management.
• The standardisation of document workflows across the programme.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Relevant professional qualification or chartered status
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including the delivery of data centers or other complex engineering projects across the entire project life cycle.
• Proven record managing programming and reportingwithin large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data center environments.
