Job summary

Khazna Data Centers in the UAE is seeking a Client Interface Manager to lead the relationship with clients throughout the project lifecycle. You will be the primary client interface, ensuring requirements, technical expectations, schedules, and handover criteria are coordinated and delivered.

The role requires 10+ years in construction, project management, or client management, with strong experience in data centres or hyperscale environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, project management, or client management.
• Experience in data centres, hyperscale, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with hyperscale or major technology clients.
• Strong abilities in stakeholder management, negotiations, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary senior interface between Khazna and clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Capture, manage, and track client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical interfaces, comments, approvals, and specifications.
• Lead client design reviews and preconstruction approvals.
• Coordinate client site visits, inspections, audits, and progress meetings.
• Ensure client commitments and milestones are reflected in project programmes.
• Provide clients with accurate and timely project progress updates.
• Coordinate client participation in testing and commissioning activities.
• Manage client comments and observations through to closure.
• Coordinate client acceptance, documentation, and handover requirements.
• Review project changes for scope, cost, schedule, and technical impacts.
• Identify and manage client-related risks and issues.
• Maintain client risk and issue registers and proactively resolve concerns.

The role serves as the primary client interface, ensuring client requirements, technical expectations, schedules, commercial obligations, operational needs, and acceptance criteria are effectively coordinated and delivered from preconstruction through handover.

• Experience working directly with hyperscale or major technology clients.
• Strong experience managing client requirements, technical specifications, and approvals.
• Experience managing RFS, acceptance, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Strong client relationship, stakeholder, negotiation, and change management skills.
• Strong risk management, problem-solving, programme awareness, and ability to work under pressure.
