Job summary

Khazna Data Centers is seeking a Manager – Electrical Implementation to oversee the delivery of electrical systems across data center projects. The role ensures compliance with designs, specs, quality, safety, and schedule while coordinating contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams through construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant electrical engineering, construction, or project implementation experience.
• Experience in data centres, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HV/LV systems, UPS, generators, transformers, and switchgear.
• Experience in power distribution, electrical construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Strong contractor management, technical review, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and collaboration.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end electrical implementation across data center projects.
• Oversee HV/LV systems, transformers, switchgear, UPS, and generators.
• Ensure electrical works meet design, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
• Monitor site progress and alignment with project milestones.
• Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, and method statements.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with other engineering disciplines.
• Resolve technical and constructability issues with project stakeholders.
• Manage electrical contractors, consultants, vendors, and specialists.
• Monitor installations, inspections, NCRs, defects, and punch‑list closure.
• Identify project risks, delays, and site constraints and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.
• Ensure systems meet reliability, resilience, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate documentation, training, handover, reporting, and project controls.
• Monitor budgets, costs, changes, and financial performance, escalating variances.
