Job summary

ADIB is seeking a Senior Manager - Cash Solutions & Channels based in Abu Dhabi to lead the cash management product suite and channel integration. You will drive end-to-end delivery across online banking, API integrations, SWIFT, and onboarding for corporate clients.

You will partner with IT, operations, and sales to ensure regulatory compliance, robust controls, and revenue growth, while delivering superior client experiences and achieving KPI targets in a dynamic GCC market.

Qualifications

• Experience in rolling out cash products in similar markets.
• Strong understanding of Shariah-compliant cash products and regulatory context.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cash products portfolio including collections, payments, and liquidity solutions.
• Drive end-to-end channel integration across online banking, H2H, APIs and SWIFT.
• Collaborate with legal, Shariah, IT, and operations to ensure compliant delivery.
• Support sales with complex cash & channel solutions and client adoption.
