Job summary

ADIB in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced branch operations professional to manage vault cash controls, review transactions and ensure regulatory compliance. This role includes maintaining protection of branch assets and supporting timely reporting.

You will lead sales for deposits, personal finance, cards and Takaful, supervise service standards and queue management, resolve customer issues, and coach staff to identify training needs and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of banking experience, UAE banking preferred, or retail sales experience.
• Knowledge of retail banking products, processes and policies.
• Knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Dual control of branch vault and daily cash for tellers.
• Review and approve transactions, clearing and system input reports.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB policies, procedures and Central Bank regulations.
• Set and monitor sales plans and performance for branch staff.
• Drive deposit, finance, cards and Takaful product sales.
• Oversee service standards, queue management and customer complaint resolution.
• Coach, train and counsel staff; identify training needs.
