Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) is seeking a senior solution architect to drive design and implementation for wholesale banking platforms in Abu Dhabi. You will manage end-to-end integrations across ERP, core banking, payments, and SWIFT while overseeing Azure provisioning, CI/CD, and Kubernetes operations.

The role requires 10+ years in banking, hands-on cloud and container tech, Oracle performance tuning, and strong communication. PMI-based project management and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in banking domain.
• Project management experience to PMI standards.
• Hands-on Azure cloud, CI/CD and Kubernetes experience.
• Oracle database performance tuning experience.
• Integration knowledge across ERP, core banking, payments and SWIFT.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for wholesale banking, global transaction banking, risk and treasury platforms.
• Manage end-to-end WBG and BBD application integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
• Oversee Azure provisioning, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes operations and release readiness.
• Coordinate vendors, RFPs, contracts and vendor project management.
• Manage incidents, problems, change requests and service levels for the unit.
• Lead data migration and Oracle SQL performance optimization for Eximbills and SCF platforms.
• Plan DR drills, failover testing and resiliency validation.
• Prepare monthly dashboards, reports and stakeholder updates.
