Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks a Service Manager for Cash & Liquidity Platforms in Abu Dhabi. You will lead architecture, integration, and delivery for wholesale banking, government, and large corporate initiatives, collaborating with IT and product teams to optimize UX and deliver rapid, reliable deployments.

You will own deployment readiness across WBG platforms, manage vendors, ensure compliance, and drive end-to-end integration and data migration efforts, with strong PMI-aligned project

Qualifications

• Understand business expectations and IT requirements; align priorities and manage change.
• Lead solution design, integration, and delivery for wholesale banking and government/large corporate projects.
• Ensure security, risk, legal, regulations, and audit compliance.
• Facilitate UAT and go-live activities for projects and releases to production.
• Own deployment, environment readiness and CI/CD for WBG platform releases.

Responsibilities

• Understand business issues and align IT delivery to strategic priorities.
• Deliver project chartering, resource planning, and milestone tracking across programs.
• Manage vendor engagements, MoMs, contracting, and onboarding for initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end platform integration across ERP, Core Banking, Payments and related systems.
• Lead data migration and Oracle SQL optimization for Eximbills/SCF platforms.
• Ensure risk controls, compliance, and governance are maintained throughout programs.
