Confidential Careers seeks a Manager – Business Excellence to lead the design, implementation, and advancement of the organization’s Business Excellence framework. You will drive continuous improvement across functions, standardize processes, and monitor KPIs to deliver measurable performance gains.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, digital transformation, and change management to optimize productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree / MBA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Black Belt certification or additional Business Excellence / Quality Management certifications would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the organization’s Business Excellence framework using Lean Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, performance benchmarks and reporting standards to measure operational effectiveness.
• Monitor business and operational performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare dashboards, performance reports and analytical summaries to support data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct process reviews, process mapping and gap analyses across business functions.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, process bottlenecks and non-value-added activities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement process improvement, re-engineering and standardization initiatives in coordination with functional teams.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving productivity, service quality, cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Monitor improvement initiatives and track measurable outcomes against defined targets.
• Identify opportunities for process digitization, workflow automation and technology-enabled improvements.
• Coordinate with IT and relevant departments to implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Support system enhancements, process automation and integration initiatives.
• Facilitate user adoption, training and change management during the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and operational excellence across departments.
• Conduct awareness sessions, training and workshops on Business Excellence tools and methodologies.
• Support employees and functional teams in adopting standardized processes and improvement practices.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to strengthen Business Excellence capabilities.
• Collaborate with department heads and functional teams to identify, priorities and implement Business Excellence initiatives.
• Track project milestones, improvement targets, benefits realization and cost savings.
• Measure the operational and financial impact of process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and present progress updates, performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure timely implementation and closure of agreed improvement actions.
