Job summary

Confidential Careers in Dubai seeks a seasoned Process Excellence & Process Intelligence Expert to lead enterprise-wide process improvement, governance, and transformation initiatives. You will shape process architecture, ownership models, and dashboards to track performance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in process excellence or management consulting, deep BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, and AI-enabled optimization, plus strong stakeholder management in complex organisations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in process excellence, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Proven experience in enterprise process architecture, governance, and redesign.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN, Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience in large, complex organizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise process architecture, governance frameworks, and ownership models.
• Lead process mapping, assessments, standardization, and optimization initiatives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for automation and AI integration.
• Establish process documentation, SOPs, RACIs, and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Develop process intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and continuous improvement roadmaps.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive sustainable process transformation.
