Job summary

Seddiqi Holding is seeking a Manager - Business Excellence to drive continuous improvement across the organization. Lead the Process Champion network, coach champions, and govern improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.

The role focuses on embedding a culture of continuous improvement, collaborating with Internal Audit, and applying Lean methodologies to optimize processes and decision-making across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, or Transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, process management, and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Experience facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across multiple business functions.
• Experience with process mapping and process improvement tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives using Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Coach and mentor Process Champions in identifying, prioritising, and implementing improvement opportunities.
• Support the delivery of cross-functional improvement projects and ensure sustainable implementation of solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Partner with Internal Audit to review, evaluate and recommend processes to ensure policy compliance and risk mitigation.
• Manage and develop the Process Champion network.
• Design and deliver capability-building programs, workshops, and coaching sessions.
• Monitor champion performance against agreed KPIs and support the achievement of annual objectives.
• Coordinate champion engagement, recognition, and certification initiatives.
• Establish and maintain improvement project tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor and report improvement initiative progress, risks, and realized benefits.
• Ensure consistent application of Business Excellence methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Review and provide guidance on process documentation, SOPs, and process improvement submissions.
• Provide inputs to strengthen the Business Excellence Strategy by conducting Performance Gap Intelligence, Industry Benchmarking and capability needs assessment.
• Support the development of tools, systems, and frameworks that enable process excellence and performance improvement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics, automation, and AI to improve business processes and decision-making.

We are looking for a Manager - Business Excellence who will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across the organization through the development, coaching, and governance of the Process Champion network. The role partners with business functions to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness and business performance while embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
