• Minimum 5+ years in a managerial/leadership role with organisation-wide improvement responsibilities.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation-wide Business Excellence framework using recognised methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Establish governance, KPIs, benchmarks and reporting standards to measure performance.
• Monitor metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Drive productivity, cost optimisation and operational effectiveness.
