Job summary

AD Ports Group seeks a Manager - Quality & Excellence to strengthen governance, drive performance, and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You will develop quality frameworks, lead cross-functional programs, and establish KPIs to measure progress and impact.

The role requires deep knowledge of QMS, Lean Six Sigma or similar methods, and the ability to translate findings into practical actions. English proficiency is essential; Arabic is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Quality Management.
• Relevant professional certification in quality or operational excellence is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, EFQM, or ISO Lead Auditor certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance quality management and business excellence frameworks.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization across functions.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs, performance indicators, and improvement metrics.
• Conduct process reviews, quality assessments, and internal audits to identify gaps.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
• Standardize and maintain SOPs, policies, and governance documentation.
• Support the implementation and effectiveness of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement programs and ensure sustained actions.
• Prepare quality and business excellence reports for senior management.
