Job summary

Sobha Constructions LLC is seeking a Digital Operations and Relationship Manager in Abu Dhabi to translate business needs into technology solutions. You will oversee digitalization project scope, budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver electronic services and dashboards.

You will coordinate with functions and external vendors, define roadmaps, train end-users, and stay ahead of industry trends to innovate processes across the company.

• Evaluate, analyze, and optimize business processes digitally.

• Devise strategies for various digital transformation initiatives

• Create the right wireframe and identify the scope of works for the implementation of various systems and applications in coordination with the concerned functions and external vendors.

• Define the roadmap for the digitalization works and ensure the milestones are met as per the target dates.

• Devise ways to integrate the necessary data from various platforms/applications.

• Evaluate and validate the developed systems to ensure that the technical and functional requirements are met effectively by conducting the necessary tests.

• Manage projects or workstreams, represent the business in project activities, coordinate involvement of end-users, manage projects risks and budgets

• Being the right hand of product owners when translating business needs into technology requirements.

• Manage end to end customer experience. Train end-users on new softwares, reports and dashboards and ensure effective deployment.

• Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends and co- govern the way forward.
