EDGE Group in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a Manager – Business Development to drive growth across its advanced technology and defence portfolio. You will build customer relationships, qualify opportunities, and lead capture planning while coordinating with technical and commercial teams to deliver compelling solutions.

The role requires a strong background in defence markets, strategic thinking and excellent negotiation skills to expand EDGE’s footprint in priority regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Defence or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant Business Development, Sales or Commercial experience.
• Experience in defence technologies and EDGE clusters is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across priority markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Lead opportunity qualification, capture planning and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop competitive solutions and proposals.
• Support negotiations, pipeline management and business development reporting.
• Identify strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities.
