Job summary

Wusool Capital in Dubai, UAE seeks a Senior Analyst to support deal origination and execution across sell-side and buy-side mandates. The role involves sourcing opportunities, managing relationships, and coordinating across due diligence and doc drafting.

You will build financial models, prepare information memoranda, and contribute to data rooms while collaborating with legal, tax, and advisory teams. This is an in-person, full-time role in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in audit, investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable managing client relationships independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in using AI tools to accelerate research, modeling, and drafting.
• UAE market experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source new SME opportunities through outreach, referrals, and market mapping.
• Manage relationships with business owners and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Prepare teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and data rooms.
• Support due diligence and coordinate with legal, financial, and tax advisors.
• Draft and review transaction documents (NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets).
• Maintain CRM records and track pipeline activity.
