Job summary

ACCA Careers in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a driven M&A Advisor to support transaction advisory engagements, financial due diligence, valuations, and deal execution for a diverse client portfolio.

You will assist in executing mergers and acquisitions, run financial analyses and valuation assessments, prepare financial models and client presentations, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle to deliver high-quality work on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Valuations, or Deal Advisory.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing mergers, acquisitions, and transaction advisory engagements.
• Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments.
• Prepare financial models, reports, and client presentations.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
