Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai & Delano Dubai are seeking a Cluster Assistant Director of Sales to drive leisure business across two luxury properties. You will lead strategic account development, expand relationships with luxury travel partners, and steer the sales strategy for both hotels, ensuring distinct brand positioning while maximizing revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality.
• Senior sales role with readiness for broader responsibility.
• Experience in luxury leisure segment across international/regional markets.
• Proven track record with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs and leisure partners.
• Cluster/multi-property experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive leisure revenue across two properties and luxury segments.
• Develop account plans and market-specific initiatives.
• Manage key travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs and partners.
• Lead the Cluster Sales team with clear priorities and execution.
